Our Controlled Substance Reporting (CSR) automatically tracks CSR information and uploads the file (state permitting) on your behalf to the appropriate state agency. This includes compliance with all zero-reporting requirements. Our CSR service will also notify you when the file submission was successful.
Every state below has in place a prescription monitoring program (PMP) that requires pharmacies to submit regularly – in some cases daily – reports about controlled substance prescription levels. Even if your pharmacy fills no prescriptions for a controlled substance, you may still be required to file a zero-submission form.
